One contact for everything your home needs.

Save one number in your phone. Text it the way you would text a friend, and a local company that does that work comes back to you.

There is nothing to download and nothing to log in to.

ProPal is a phone number. It lives in your contacts next to everyone else you text, and the whole thing happens in your normal messages — on any phone, old or new.

Describe the problem however it comes out. You do not have to know what trade it is or what it is called. If ProPal needs to know more, it asks.

ProPal

Text message

If it belongs to the house, you can ask for it.

The same conversation covers all of it. There is no category to pick and no separate number to remember for each one.

A request only goes to a company that covers your address and does that kind of work, so ProPal is being built out area by area and trade by trade. There are places and services it cannot reach yet.

What happens after you hit send.

It goes to a real local company

ProPal works out what the job is and hands it to a vetted company that serves your address and is licensed for that trade.

It does not sit in a queue

A company has 15 minutes to take the job or pass it along — 7 if it is an emergency. Nobody gets to hold on to your request and think about it.

Then they contact you

The company texts or calls you from their own phone and you arrange the work between you. ProPal steps out of the way.

A couple of hours after the work is finished, ProPal comes back once to ask how it went. That is the only message you get that you did not start, and the answer decides which companies keep getting sent work.

It costs you nothing.

No fee, no subscription, no account and nothing to buy. The companies pay for their place in ProPal. You are not the one being charged, and there is no upsell waiting at the end of the conversation.

If a company gave you their number, save that one.

Plenty of people meet ProPal through a company they already use, who hand out a ProPal number of their own. It behaves exactly the same for everything else the house needs — and work that company does comes back to them.

It is a contact, so you can send it to a neighbour. It works the same for them.

Stop looking for someone every time.

ProPal numbers come from the local companies in it. If one has given you theirs, that is the contact to save — it covers everything on this page.
